So far I have been printing cookie cutters and cable organizers which didn't require support. I just printed Spyro and got the supports off which I'm guessing the first time is a nervous wreck because I didn't want to break the wings but did notice that the wings are not molded. Anything I can do now to fix this one?
I am guessing sand the bottom and maybe do a light flame to fix the wings?
This is the first time I am printing PETG as I am trying to make clay cookie cutters so I wanted it stronger. I check the level each time, I cleaned the bed and also added glue to help with the first level.
I have had one time it was working and I got about 10 layers and then my klipper failed as it was not keeping the temperature.
After that I cannot get the first layer to work.
Maybe week 3 into 3D printing. Is this bed adhesion issue? I just did the leveling with the paper even after that I am getting this.
Is it normal to level after each print?
I am using the bamboo slicer and Mainsail with my Ender 3 V2. I thought the first time I did this print I lost power or something so I ran it again and it stops at the same point.
I don't think there is a pause in this section of the code. Is there a way to tell?
I try and hit resume and it says it's not paused. Not sure what to look at first.
This is a piece of the project that has no pauses in it and it just stopped. I try and hit the resume and it says it's not in paused even though it says paused in the top left corner. I have used a lot of filament on this. I don't want to lose it..
Have I reached the limit of this printer somehow?
So now that I'm on here and getting blasted with 3D printing ads lol. One has me thinking. CoPrint that will turn our V2 into a multi colour print.
Does anyone have it?
I'm still new and having fun. I want to print this tonie castle for my daughter and it has washers in it. I am running with Mainsail and it has been working pretty well so far but I have not done one that requires stops.
Is this program able or I have to wait for it to get to the row and pause it?
Having fun with a "Broken" V2. Replaced the hotend which I thought was the only problem but then the tub kept on piping out so then next was an extruder.
Now printing simple things works ok. Still working on the squish first level.
Next thing is on detailed prints like this dragon my son wants if it's going back and forth from the extruder, the PLA is getting geared as you can see and then breaks.
Is that a setting in Creality before the Gcode or the PLA itself?
I also setup Octoprint on a Raspberry Pi, which seems simple not sure if anyone has recommendations on that part.
