Hi everyone, I recently purchased two pairs of badminton shoes. I planned on keeping the one I like and returning the other one.
One of them was Hundred blade pro from Hundred's official site. There is a return policy on their site, and I confirmed the same on chat support too, so I placed my order.

I liked the other pair better so I decided to return the Hundred ones. Now, the issue with their site is that they don't have a return/exchange button on their site. You'd have to mail/message them to initiate the return process.
Their chat support is quite pathetic. They respond too late, or don't respond at all. I messaged them multiple times yesterday and even today, and my return is yet to initiate.

I'm not saying that it won't be returned. There is also someone on reddit from their team who's quite active might reach out to me after this post, but not everyone relies on reddit to get such basic consumer support.
Having to go through this much hassle just for them to initiate the return process is not consumer friendly at all. You'd be better off placing your orders from sites like ajio, myntra, amazon etc.

TLDR: Slow and unresponsive customer support. Better to buy from e-commerce sites with easy return policy.
