Collecting sponsors for charity in school. This seems to be a concept that's non existent anymore, doing a sponsor in school in exchange for a reward. Which did you do? Here's a set from the 90s
This particular set, I recall you got a new badge for every 10 sponsors, the final being the big Clammy badge. Then a year or so later they did the coloured versions.
I also remember getting a dragon one called Cedrick for something, a Dr Barnados money box shaped like a house as well as even a tshirt for Pendlebury hospital if you raised about £20 or so
Non of my younger siblings or any kids in the family have never done anything like this in their schools, they'd just do an occasional non uniform day for children in need, but never any sponsor collecting where you got a reward for it. Is it still done elsewhere in the country?

Did anyone else grow up with these? We called them "Jubblies". They weren't just frozen pop in a cup, they had a syrup on top too
Seems they are still popular in the US, which is where I sourced the image for reference. My local corner shop used to make them and had half of their chest freezer full of them. No idea what they used but they had flavours like cola, strawberry and a "traffic light" one. 15p they were. Not seen anywhere do anything like that for well over a decade. I was thinking they might have made them with the sodastream/slush puppy syrups
