Which editions of Yumi and the Nightmare Painter have the illustrations in them? I’ve been told differently by different people, and want to make sure I get one which contains them. Thanks a lot!

Hey! I’m (22M) new to the hair removal scene, and since laser isn’t available to me for now, I’m going for Nair. I read the instructions, but I find them lacking? So I’m gonna ask questions, any answer is greatly appreciated!
- It says to do a test patch before applying on a wider area, though how long should I wait? The instructions say 24h but some people online advise a couple days?
- They say to "apply a thick coating", but how thick? Until I can’t see the region, or…?
- It also says to rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. How long is thoroughly? On the test patch, I rinsed until no feeling of the cream could be felt anymore by running my finger over it, is that good?
- Do I need to shave before? Trim down? If so, how much?
- What areas, among those people usually remove hair from, shouldn’t be in contact with Nair? I plan to use it on the pubis area (unsure if that’s the right term?), if that’s any precision needed.
- How long does Nair typically last? It says "up to 7 days", but what is the usual duration?
