I find I feel a lot of resentment for people who have good or social things happening in their lives. Going to a fun event with friends? Good for you... Oh you are getting married? Please never talk to me again! You are having a baby? That's disgusting and I don't feel happy for you.
The biggest problem is not that I feel this way. It is because I think these feelings are going to make me more lonely because I obviously can't build positive relationships with people if I am so angry with them for being happy or not lonely. I also acknowledge that it is pretty selfish to only want to feel happy for others so that I won't be so miserable or alone. I don't feel this way all the time. I have just noticed it getting worse in the past year.
Does anyone else feel this way or something similar? What do you do about it?

I am trying to go a light brown/grey colour from a dark brown. I have bleached and coloured with 7A. The lightness level is good, I just need help toning it. There is some green and I am thinking of adding a pink toner. I also want to have this colour more grey.
Please let me know your opinion of how to tone this. Thanks!
