I have American and German Citizenship. I have recently come across info that Etoro will not allow US citizens to have an account due to US laws that were passed.
To the other Dual Citizenship people, do you simply tell etoro about your supported citizenship and dont mention the US part of it so you can trade? What do you do?

I bought a Pragmata Steam key EUROPE, once I received it, It turned out the key had already been used.
I contacted the Seller "Gaming4You", they were quick with their responses and wanted proof that it had been used. I followed their instructions and they confirmed and stated that it is now under Review. This was April 19..they have since gone silent.
I contacted G2a. They stated that there is an open paypal dispute and "we no longer have access to the order, as the funds are now locked to be analyzed by Paypal specialists. This results in the order being put on hold. The refund is technically not possible to be processed by the seller, unless the dispute is closed."
I did open a dispute since they also didnt respond. However Paypal closed the issue immediately in favor of the Seller. AND G2a only allows 5 messages to be sent by the customer before locking the chat until they respond, which they havent since the April 28.
They now have my money, I have no key and no way to communicate with the Seller or G2A. Opening a new ticket with the seller fails since one is already open. Opening another ticket with G2A fails since you cannot oepn another ticket for the same issue on the same item.
Unless G2A refunds my money or gets me a replacement key, my only recourse now is a chargeback.
