POST issue on Thinkcenter m72e

A few m72e units I have are Showing what I can only assume is a POST issue

The fan starts spinning, The keyboard Cap Lock button doesn't respond, and there's no Display or anything

I tried changing the RAM, Using only one that I know of a fact works, I tried changing the CMoS battery, Resetting the Bios, Nothing is working so far

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Flickering screen issues (Latitude E7240)

My laptop screen lights have been flickering and just generally behaving weirdly, anything that can be done? Is it loose cables or is the screen dying?
