Had a huge power surge from some junctions getting struck by lighting the other day. Have not had internet/cable since. Both me and my landlord have talked to Cogeco, but we've been told there's no outages and that we're connected, yet... we're not? Even neighbors around my block haven't had internet since either. Got a replacement modem incase it was that, and even tried new coaxial cables. But it still just sits on trying to connect to up-stream which our neighbors do too. Friends in the city have the same issue. How is this not an outage?

I know some years ago I was reading a manga I was enjoying quite a bit. It's one of the many I never finished, and I can't remember much about it sadly. One distinct chapter popped in my head recently though.

The protagonist (I believe he's a young kid here) is hospitalized and it's revealed he has a heart directly in the center of his chest with his lungs behind it/to the sides looking, kind of like angel wings (I think someone points that out). I remember an antagonist being in the hospital too, and a female friend of the protangist as well. I can remember that the antagonist was either curious about or trying to see if his heart was like that for some reason. And that the protagonist either had some strong power or could transform/morph, and his chest being like that was a sign of it (like other characters?).

I do also remember its not based in a fantasy type world. It was in a normal modern city hospital/area.

I think I can also remember a scene where the protagonist transforms into a larger man and maybe has wings? Its a very vague memory though.

I'm sorry I can't think of much else. I would've read it in my teens, so it either released 2000s or early 2010s at the latest.
