Been playing around with a few schemes. I think I've found the one for me.
Unfortunately, I RUINED the boltgun playing around with colours.
I also need to change the middle blue for something slightly darker, and adjust the silvers.
Onto the next one.

I'm quite happy with the robes. But the copper... I don't know. I don't think it is working for me.

What to kitbash as CSM chosen
Hello fellow brothers and sisters of excess.
I have been building some glorious CSM models of late that we don't have access to: Forgefiends, Venomcrawlers, etc. I have a defiler sitting in a box calling to me too.
Problem is, I don't want to buy more defiler to fit both EC and CSM in terms of paint scheme, and I don't want to have the EC "borrow" a defiler.
My solution? Run EC models as CSM models- infractors/tormentors as Legionaries, flawless blades as possessed.
I figure if I want to expand, I can put some mkvi jump packs on infractors for raptors, and use noise marine bodies with the right weapons for havoks.
BUT I cannot crack the code on how I would kitbash chosen. I thought about combining flawless blades with melusai blood sisters snake bottoms, but they fit on 40mm bases.
So, here's my question: how would you make Emperor's Children chosen in 2026?
TL/DR: I want to run EC models as either EC or CSM, help me work out how I could make chosen.
