Hi..seeking advice. Sold a bag and shipped to customer. DM from them asked if I smoked. Smoke free house plus I clean every purse, baking soda, Febreeze, Dawn, leather cleaner...whatever it needs. Are they trying to scam me or get a refund? I messaged them back politely and told them "smoke free house, how I clean purses" etc. Waiting on their response.

I know this bag didn't smell like cigarette smoke when it left my house.

Sales have been pretty slow, but slightly better the last 2 weeks. I've always offered a bundle discount, but no one has used it yet. Yesterday I started getting likes on a bunch of my purses from a buyer, they sent multiple offers at one time. We talked in DM's on a few I countered their offer on pricing. She was kind and understanding and I really hoped I wasnt going to end up ghosted with all these offers. She ended up buying 10 bags from me!

I had been a little discouraged with Depop lately and just started selling my designer bags on Mercari. I've had 2 sales there so far in a week.

I've learned a lot in this sub and just want to extend a huge thank you for all the helpful and sometimes funny advice. I stuck with this and it feels amazing!
