I have never had a contract violation until today.

I picked up this order today. It honestly wasn't paying the best but I did it anyways. I dropped the order off at the local travel plaza. They were in a beat up old as the hills RV. I was kind and handed it right to the man. Well then I come home after dashing and I receive an email. And to my surprise I got a contract violation. Saying this order was never delivered. I was like wait a minute. I know I dropped this order off. I even checked the car to make sure. I called support and they said I can continue to dash and that it won't affect me negatively. But they also couldn't remove it. It would go away after 100 orders. So I am stuck with this. And so the dirt bag is trying to get free food. And affect peoples livelihood. I swear people do not care what they do. Or how they treat others. It seems to me that this is happening more and more. People reporting good missing or not receiving it at all. I have never stolen an order and never would. SMH. It's just ridiculous.

What would you do?

I messaged and told the customer they would have to go on the app and change it to 2 percent. If I scanned 2 percent and they had picked whole it would say I had the wrong item. She ended up messaging and saying that was from last time just to get whole. But if she hadn't messaged what would you have done gotten 2 percent and took the hit to ratings or gotten the whole like was on the order.

Did bite!!

I was delivering an order yesterday pulled into the driveway and a dog started jumping all over my car. It scratched my passenger side door all the hell. As I got out I went to go to the trunk to get the people's order and the dog started nipping up my heels. Next thing I know it actually freaking bites me. Broke the skin and everything. Going to an argument with the people telling them they needed to tie their dogs up. After I leave I report them to doordash and block the customer and tell them I know she's going to call and report me. As I'm getting ready to hang up she actually says the customer just said I was unprofessional. Well you know what you should have kept your dog tied up. The lady said not to worry about it it's on file that the dog had bit me and they had been other reports. What would you have done. I called the police and filed a police report also.
