im in progress with another drawing as we speak

As mentioned, I am unable to use my search bar or right click on the task bar. I followed every step on the following YouTube video but nothing worked

I am on Windows 11 Home version 25H2 OS build 26200.8246

Specs:

i9-12900K

32 GB ram

RTX 3060

2.27TB

to give some context, back in December I completely rebuilt my PC. This lead to downloading windows 11 for the first time. After I had downloaded windows 11 I kept running into issues with not being admin for my pc (but I was) then it kept BSOD

Well I recently this past week found out how to change admin permissions for files so I did to stop the BSOD (which idk for sure if it has yet cause of this issue)

I had my old windows 10 on my 2nd drive and it was taking up space for no reason so i chose to delete the files. Windows 11 was downloaded on my second drive. I deleted windows files from my old drive ( the 10 files) and thats when i began running into this issue.

I have since followed the video above, tried reinstalling windows back to an older version, and reinstalling windows keeping files and nothing has worked. I definitely accidentally deleted an important file but I have no clue how to fix it.

Should I fresh install windows?
