Help!! I accidentally scanned the hat and caught my self b4 leaving but now the hat is also scanned how do I refund it it’ll never get shipped and tracking is available to them ?
So I had the belt on me so I went to the post office and otw there I also sold the hat, I accidentally scanned the hat to ship the belt and realized as I was in the car at usps. I went back in and told the person and he just scanned the correct one but what I’m wondering is how can I refund the scanned hat without it ever getting shipped. Cause I know you can refund a sale but I’m not quite sure if you can refund a tracked one without it ever arriving
