ich habe ein Google Pixel 6a, das ich nach einer durchzechten Nacht törichterweise in den gesperrten Modus versetzt habe.

„Kein Problem!“, dachte ich mir, und als ich nach Hause kam, holte ich – ganz wie es sich für einen vornehmen Herrn gehört – meine sorgfältig vorbereiteten SIM-Tools hervor (natürlich musste ich sie erst rauskramen).

• Ich habe zwei SIM-Karten, eine physische und eine eSIM.
• Ich glaube(!), dass ich die zweite deaktiviert habe, aber beim Neustart meines Handys wurde normalerweise zuerst nach der eSIM-PIN gefragt, dann nach der der physischen Karte. -> Wenn ich das Handy normalerweise aus dem Ruhemodus entsperre (nicht nach einem Neustart), fragt es nach der PIN meiner physischen SIM-Karte, da ich über diese mein Internet bezahle. Die physische SIM-Karte ist sozusagen die aktive, aber anscheinend nicht die erste in der Startreihenfolge.
• Wenn das Telefon nun nach der PUK fragt, sagt es mir nicht, für welche SIM-Karte die PUK benötigt wird (aber ich vermute, für die physische?). Es fragt einfach allgemein nach einer beliebigen PUK.
• Ich habe zuerst die eSIM-PUK eingegeben (da diese normalerweise an erster Stelle steht) -> Enter -> Nun wird gefragt: „Gewünschte PIN eingeben“ (also dachte ich, es sei korrekt? Aber ich möchte die PIN nicht ändern?)

Also gebe ich die eSIM-PIN ein -> Enter -> „Gewünschte PIN bestätigen“ -> Ich gebe sie erneut ein.

Dann erscheint plötzlich die Meldung „Falsche PUK“ und ich habe noch einen Versuch übrig.

Ich bin mir zu 99 % sicher, dass es kein Tippfehler war.

„Okay, dann war es wohl die falsche PUK“, und ich gebe die physische PUK ein. Gleiche Geschichte. Es fragt nach der gewünschten PIN, dann nach der Bestätigung der PIN, dann „Falsche PUK“. -1 Versuch.

Ich hab das noch mal gemacht und jetzt bin ich bei -5 und drehe ein bisschen durch, weil ich nicht verstehe, was dieses Handy von mir will.

1. Warum sagt es mir nicht, welche PUK es will?
2. Warum fragt es nach der „gewünschten PIN“ statt nach der von meinem Anbieter bereitgestellten PIN?
3. Kann mir jemand diese Sache mit der Startreihenfolge bestätigen? Warum fragt es zuerst nach der (anscheinend deaktivierten) eSIM, wenn ich das Telefon neu starte?
4. Gibt es eine sinnvolle Herangehensweise an dieses Problem?

I have a Google Pixel 6a, which I foolishly sent into locked mode after a drunk night out.

"No problem!", I think and when I came home I pulled out my neatly prepared SIM-Tools, like the well established gentleman I am (I had to search for them for a while).

• I have 2 Sim Cards, a physical and an eSim.
• I think(!) I have the 2nd one disabled, but when restarting my Phone it normally asked for the eSIm PIN first, then the physical one. -> When I normally unlock the Phone from sleep (not after a restart) it asks for my physical SIM's PUK, since this is the one I am paying my internet from. The Physical SIM is the active one, you could say, but not the first in the bootorder, it seems.
• When the phone now asks for the PUK, it doesnt tell me for which SIM's PUK it wants (but I'm guessing the physical one?). It just asks generally for any PUK.

I typed in the eSIM PUK first (since its the first one usually) -> Enter -> It now asks "Enter desired PIN" (so i figured it was correct? But i dont want to change the PIN?)

So I type in the eSIM PIN -> Enter -> "Confirm desired PIN" -> I type it again.

Then it suddenly says "Wrong PUK" and i get -1 try.
I am 99% sure It wasn't typo.

"OK, i guess it was the wrong PUK then", and I type in the physical PUK. Same story. Asks for desired PIN, then confirm PIN, then Wrong PUK. -1 try.

I did that again and now i am at -5 and freaking out a bit, because I do'nt get what this phone wants from me.

1. Why doesn't it tell me which PUK it wants?
2. Why does it ask for "desired PIN" instead of the set PIN provided by my carrier?
3. Anybody can confirm this boot order thing? Why it asks for the (seemingly turned off) eSIM first when I restart the Phone?
4. Is there a toughtful way to approach this?
