How do you land a job?

How do you land a job?

You know, with the whole AI thing going around, can we still bag a modeler or animator job?

I keep applying on linkedin and keep getting rejected

This is my portfolio,

Is it because of that? Should I add more to it? Is it not enough and basic? If I should add more what should I add?

I want to be either in a 3D field, be it animation, modeling, rigging, texturing or a game developer or heck, how about all of them?

I have an interview from our college for this one java based company, I dont really like it, I dont even want to do it but I am supposed to attend it either way, I didnt even study for it today

I just need some advice, should I just suck it up and take on whatever job I am pushed into or should I try and get a job I like? Like, none of my game dev or animation, modeling applications get accepted, am I not applying enough? Or am I just bad? Should I get better? If so, what should I get better at?

Can someone help?

How do I convience a HR of another field to recruit me?

I am mostly experienced in Game Development and 3D modeling, I have a dbms based company coming to our college this coming Monday

If I want to enter it, what should I tell them about my programming knowledge? They say its mostly Java oriented but I know C# better

If you said this may not be a right fit for me, yeah, maybe

But I still want to know, what if they asked a question like "How will your skills in Game development be of use to our company?" Be it I am not that good at it either, I made a basic point and shoot game but I have a good level of experience in 3D modeling tho
