Need a stable 5V supply in a tight space: Is a 3.7V battery + boost converter the best solution?

I am currently working on a project i have little space constraints so what i actually want is a 5V stable supply but i cant find good compact size battery so had to choose a 3.7v 2000MAH battery and now i planned of using a boost converter to regulate the 3.7v to 5v what do you guys think i want the battery size to be small and i should be able to power a stable 5v which would be the best battery and component to use?

[Hardware Engineer] [Hyderabad, India] - ₹3.5 LPA + ESOPs

I recently got an offer from a startup for ₹3.5 LPA. During the first HR call, they asked for my expected salary, and I said ₹3.5 LPA because I wasn't getting many callbacks and didn't want to lose the opportunity. The job posting, however, mentioned ₹4–5 LPA.

After going through the interview process, I now understand the role much better. I'll be the only hardware engineer working directly with the founder, so the responsibility is much bigger than I initially thought. The offer also includes a 20% salary holdback that's released every three months based on performance, no PF, ESOPs, a six-month review, and a one-year bond with an undisclosed penalty.

Did I lose all negotiating power by quoting ₹3.5 LPA at the start, or is it still reasonable to ask for ₹4.5–5 LPA since the role and responsibilities turned out to be much larger than I expected? I'd appreciate advice from people who've been in a similar situation.
