Some QNAP NAS units seem to use these little flat expansion card plates like in the last picture of this Amazon listing.

Does that plate have a standard name or is it proprietary to QNAP?

Are there any third party network cards in the $50 price range compatible with these kinds of QNAP NAS expansion slots?

So far I haven't found them, but I'm not sure I know what to search for.

To setup a reverse proxy server would something like a Raspberry Pi 4 be powerful enough or does it need to be something bigger like an Intel N100 PC?

Is it preferable to have two network jacks for an in/out type of configuration? Or does a proxy service not really care about that?
