As the title asks, who are the researchers in this space? This can be academic, industry, or non-profit

sectors.

I am looking for true, serious researchers, holding a doctorate, who are seriously and credibly engaging with the topic of AI Consciousness or sentience.

How is the research being shared? Are there peer review journals willing to engage authentically with the research?

Or is this just kind of speculative or pipe dreams of folks, often those that have developed emotional relationships with chatbots?

Ok we know that the cyclosporin parasite is spreading & getting people very ill.

Why don't they know WHAT is causing it, so people can avoid it & they can fix the food supply chain or whatever needs intervening?

In a country as resource rich in both brainpower & technical capability as the US im really, really confused as to why they don't know what the culprit is yet. This shouldn't even be happening.

Please be nice. A loved one is allergic to sulfate drugs so I'm worried about them, too.

The circular economy is booming, the lipstick index is up, we are all learning how to mend & sew.

I'm wondering: what are the recession indicators you are seeing in your region, or area of the world?

Are you personally practicing or making use of any?

In North America, the economy is profoundly awful right now. The worst it has ever been, including the 2008 crash. Fashion can not ignore this much longer, and true Art always engages on some level with larger societal issues.

How will this manifest in fashion, aesthetics, and consumerism? How is it manifesting for you?

Do you think its a net-positive or a net-negative?

Does anyone know much about the hemline index? What is that doing?

Would love to hear everyone's takes & thoughts.
