Do you think these were added by a previous homeowner? (the wall, the doorframe). Or were they there when this house was built (2022). There's no permit on file for an attempt to finish the basement, and it just looks like piss poor work, I'm no carpenter but its not level at all (also bare wood touching concrete)

Also I'm pretty sure but let me double check. None of these walls are load bearing? I know the main large beam is at the top of the first photo and I don't want to touch that.

So this is where the wall of the basement meets the floor. Theres a very small opening maybe 1/8th of an inch in some parts that goes around the perimeter of the basement where the wall meets the floor. I do have a perimeter drain so I dunno if thats intentional or not? I'd just like to know so I don't seal if if its suppose to be there.
