Kinder Schedule - Developmentally appropriate?

I'm trying to get some outside perspective on my daughter's kindergarten schedule. She's 5 (turns 6 in April), and this is the daily schedule her private school provided.

Tuesday

7:45–8:00 — Arrival

12:15–12:55 — Extra Instruction

1:00–1:40 — Math

Friday

7:45–8:00 — Arrival

2:30–3:10 — Recess

3:10–3:15 — Dismissal

One thing that really jumps out to me is that the only listed recess on Monday and Friday is 2:30–3:10, immediately before dismissal, and Wednesday's recess is 1:45–2:25. Tuesday and Thursday don't have recess listed at all (although the teacher told me they have either PE or recess every day).
I'm not asking whether the academics are "too hard" for kindergarten. I'm more interested in the overall structure of the day—the amount of adult-directed academic time, the lack of visible unstructured/child-directed play, and the timing of recess.
Does this look developmentally appropriate to you for a class of 5-year-olds? Or is this simply a normal example of a more academically rigorous/structured kindergarten program?

Not loving kindergarten so far

The day is crazy long - 8 to 3:15 pm. They only have recess 2x a week, on the days they don't have PE. The other 3 days, their only outside time consists of 1 hour of P.E.

They have a several page long homework packet that needs to be turned in weekly. At least, that's what they had in pre-k 4 last year (I wasn't at this school, but I've been informed as much so I'm kind of bracing for the same or more).

Feedback from my daughter is that the teacher is constantly telling the class to sit down and be quiet. She says the teacher is nice, so there's at least that (tbh she just said "I guess" when asked). From what I've seen of her, she seems dry and laser focused on managing behavior vs. actually establishing rapport/a meaningful relationship or truly engaging with the students.

The class has 20 kids, 1 teacher, and 1 assistant teacher that floats between my daughter's class and the other kindergarten class.

There are no centers.

There are 10 subjects: Math, Science, Art, Music, PE, Spanish, Social Studies, Bible, Reading and Language Arts.

My daughter did VPK (9 am-12 pm) at a little preschool last year and did great. But this seems a little much.

She's 5 and won't be turning 6 until early April so I know that technically under FL law, isn't subject to mandatory schooling. But she's bright and capable so I wanted to give it a shot but I'm truly having second thoughts. I would have loved a play based curriculum. I have a knot in my stomach when I drop her off now. Considering homeschooling her since really, where could I even find that for kindergarten?

ETA: she's not behind by any measure. We've been familiarizing ourselves with sight words and playing reading readiness games for fun since she was 3.5. She reads the Level 1 Readers books with ease.
