Did Superfrico close already?

I know The Hook is scheduled to close in AC in September but all the links to Superfrico appear to be dead. RIP if so. Seems weird to close it as summer starts.

CSR Purchase Protection for gift card to business that then closed?

This is a pretty specific question, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck using the Chase Sapphire Reserve purchase protection to cover a gift card that was purchased for a business that closed soon thereafter?

I bought a $250 gift certificate to a spa within the Tropicana in Atlantic City in January. That spa has since closed without the person I bought it for having time to use the certificate. (It appears to have closed in April, though I'm just learning that it closed now).

Any data points or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Questions about how much weight to add

I follow a pretty close variation of the RR (I have to spread the exercises out because of my schedule, rather than doing them all at once; I do five sets of everything instead of three; I take push-ups up to 30 reps rather than 8) and I'm getting to a point where I think it's going to make sense to add weight to a bunch of my progressions: Push ups, pull ups, inverted row, and squats.

  1. Is there a recommended amount of weight to add? 5 pounds? 10? 20?

  2. Or maybe, asked differently, is there a number of reps that the weight will ideally drop me back down to? So if I'm doing 8 clean pull ups for five sets, is the goal to add enough weight that three reps feels like a max? Of five reps?

  3. And then finally, do you all add weight evenly among the different exercises or do some exercises call for adding larger amounts of weight than others?

I can obviously tinker with it but if anyone has thoughts on it, it'd be helpful to have a starting place. I'm 38, 5'8", 160lbs. Thanks so much. This community has been extremely helpful for me.
