The old Sequoia on 4th Ave and the Olive/Stewart split isn't doing too well...

The bottom third of this tree is completely dead... I'm not a tree expert or arborist but any means, but this tree looks pretty sick to me. Anyone know what's up? Is this tree done for, or will it live for many years to come? Just curious...

I bought this at a record store the other day for the lulz...

Ended up hanging it on my bathroom door and now my wife and I keep on thinking they're staring at us while we're pooping. I've proposed taking a sharpie and defacing the poster by giving Trent Reznor a fake John Waters mustache, a monocle and a top hat.

I've been looking for a place for the last few months that can serve as a workshop for my pedicab business. I need electrical power and somewhat easy parking (so I can carry my tools). I need something that's not really any bigger than 10x15 and my spending limit is about $250/mo, but I can go higher if needed.
