Techniques are Eeeeasy. The real Sh*t is what happens in between.

Every other post on here is about techniques. Affirmations. Visualization. Meditation. SATS. Robotic affirming. This method, that method.

And yeah, that's the easy part. If you can't visualize, just affirm. If you don't know what to say, there's a million example affirmations out there. If you can't sit still, do it while walking. There's always a way.

The techniques? Easy. The materialization in the 3D? That's just the byproduct.

That's what everyone's chasing.

But the real shit? The part nobody talks about?

It's what happens in between.

The gap between doing the technique and seeing it show up.

That's where most people lose their minds.

And here's the thing nobody wants to hear.

The hardest part is doing "NOTHING" (boring and not sexy I know).

Not in a lazy way. But in a "trusting that it's already done" way. And that's exactly what fucks most people over.

Think of it like a long flight. My last one was from London to Bangkok, took like 12 hours. (Loved it there by the way, such a vibe. Met some cool people, ate way too much street food, definitely going back.)

You can spend the whole time staring at the little screen, checking how many hours are left. Looking out the window. Checking again. Asking the flight attendant if there's a faster way. Getting more impatient every second. You could even ask the Stewardess if the pilot can fly faster. But there's no faster way. You're on the plane. It takes what it takes.

Or you can make yourself comfortable. Watch a movie. Have a snack. Take a nap. And before you know it, the pilot says you're landing.

Same flight. Same time. Completely different experience.

Manifesting is exactly like that.

You can do your technique. You can assume it's done. And then you can spend every waking moment checking the 3D, asking where it is, wondering if it's still coming, panicking because you don't see movement.

Or you can just chill.

I know it's easier said than done (I know, I know, I know .... I hated people you said it is done, just chill!)

It was hard for me too at first. I used to check my phone 50 times a day. Looking for signs. Looking for proof. Looking for anything that told me it was working.

And all that checking did was make me feel like shit.

Because the 3D is old news. It's delayed feedback. It's not gonna show you what you just decided. It's gonna show you what you used to decide.

The only way to bridge that gap is to let go of the time. Not the desire. The time.

You already did the work. You already made the decision. Now just live your life. Not because you're giving up. But because you know it's already done.

And that knowing? That's what makes it show up faster (imo).

Stop Looking for the "Perfect Technique" – It's Not About That

Under my last two posts, I got a lot of questions. So let me clear some things up real quick.

People keep asking: "What's the best technique?" or "I'll try this for a week" or "How did YOU do it?"

Forget that.

It's not about the technique. It's about embodiment. Taking on a new identity and staying in it until it sticks.

So how do you do that? Simple. Ask yourself: Who would I be if my wish was already fulfilled? That's it. How would that person think, feel, act? Everything else is just details.

Visualization, affirmations, SATS... those are just tools. Vehicles to get you there. They help, especially when you're starting out, because they keep your mind busy. But they're not the magic. The magic is you assuming it's done.

Here's the thing though. Let's say you use robotic affirmations for hours and it works. Cool. But then you want something else. And something else. And something else. It never stops. That's why people say manifesting is a lifestyle. It's not about getting one thing. It's about becoming the version of you that naturally attracts everything.

You can have a winner mindset or a loser mindset. Your choice. Most people are stuck in negative default mode without even realizing it. So why not flip it? Make it work for you instead of against you. When your core beliefs are already positive, you don't need to affirm for every little thing anymore.

Now ask yourself: What do you want to do for the rest of your life? Do you want to keep it simple? A quick visualization before sleep, living in the end, and trusting it's done like Neville learned from Abdullah? Or do you want to do hour-long sessions for every single desire, light incense, meditate for ages...

The choice is yours.

There's no perfect technique. Just you and your assumption. Whether you visualize, affirm, or just sit in stillness…. it all leads to the same place: the feeling that it's already done. Pick something, stick with it, and stop jumping around.

And don't stress about the 3D. It's old news. It doesn't have to change overnight. Your job is to stay solid inside, no matter what shows up outside.

At the end of the day, you're not looking for the perfect technique. You're looking for the version of you that already has everything. And that version? You already are it. Just step into it.

The Paradox of Manifesting – Why Trying Harder Made Me Worse at It (personal journey)

I'm writing this because I hope it helps some of you out there. If you feel like you're running in circles with this whole manifesting thing, maybe this will click.

It all started with The Secret. Law of Attraction, Rhonda Byrne, all that. And at first? It actually worked. I manifested things easily, like beginner's luck. I just did it without overthinking...

Then I went deeper. Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy, Emile Coué, Psycho-Cybernetics, Vadim Zeland, Joe Dispenza... I consumed everything. And the deeper I went, the "harder" it got. I thought I needed to do more. More techniques, more routines, more everything.

I watched every YouTube creator out there no matter big or small. Jumped from technique to technique. Subliminals, robotic affirmations, SATS, you name it. It was like a second job and somehow I got worse at manifesting. Even though it's supposed to be simple.

Then one day it just clicked.

I realized that most people skip the foundation. There's this post from a user/moderator here called GravityBee where she also talks about Neville's I AM meditation...It´s to feel that oneness with yourself, your imagination, God, the universe... whatever you wanna call it.

Because when you don't feel that separation anymore, you stop desperately chasing shit in the 3D. And that's the real problem for most people. They're always looking outside for proof.

All that "ignore the 3D" talk? It comes from not being aware of that oneness. And you can't force that by reading theory. You have to experience it yourself. Best way I found? Breathwork, I AM meditation, or just stillness. Brian Tracy calls it solitude. Just sit or lay down, do nothing, let everything be, don't judge, just observe.

Neville says it himself. Before you go into your imaginative act, relax first. Get into that I AM state. Become one with it. If you can't, SATS works too. Same thing Joseph Murphy taught with his relaxation technique. Same thing Emile Coué (founder of autosuggestion) said. Same thing Maxwell Maltz said in Psycho-Cybernetics. They all say the same: relax your body & mind.

I used to think I couldn't visualize. But it was never the visualization itself. My head was just too full. Once I started taking 5-10 minutes of deep belly breaths... 4 seconds in through the nose, 8 seconds out... I got so relaxed that visualization became easy. Affirmations became easy. The feeling became easy.

And here's the thing about the feeling. Neville said feeling is the secret. But most people get it wrong. It's not that over-the-top "oh my god this is amazing" excitement. It's the inner knowing. The quiet certainty. That's it. Like when you order something on Amazon Prime. You know it's coming tomorrow. You don't freak out about it. You just know.

It's about identity. Neville asked: who would you be if your wish was fulfilled? That's your answer. I am the happy partner. I am the successful business owner. I am the healthy person. That's it.

"The creation is finished." Neville said everything already exists. There's no past, no future. Just the present moment and everything exists parallel. That's why revision works. Whether you affirm for 10 hours straight or visualize once for 10 seconds... it doesn't matter. It's already done. You just gotta claim the state and rest in it.

For me? Affirmations don't do shit. My brain gets bored after 30 seconds. "I am this, I am that" ... boring as hell. I'd rather feel something, hear something, see something. That works way better for me.

Manifesting is just fulfilling yourself. You give it to yourself internally until you're so full that you don't even need it anymore. Then detachment happens automatically. You can't force detachment. You just give it to yourself until the craving dies. That's the Sabbath Neville talks about.

What helped me was going back to the foundation. Call it meditation, breathwork, solitude, mindfulness... doesn't matter. That's what worked for me. Doesn't mean it has to work for you. Some people spam robotic affirmations for 72 hours straight and get results. But honestly? I don't wanna live like that. Affirming for hours every day for every single desire? No thanks. I wanna live my life.

That's where the Law of Reverse Effort comes in.

The more you force something, the more it runs away from you. It's like dating. If you chase a girl, she loses interest because you seem desperate. If you're busy doing your thing... working on your business, hitting the gym, hanging with friends... suddenly you're the one being chased. Same with manifesting. If you're affirming like a maniac all day with 15 different routines, it's too much.

Neville studied under Abdullah for 5 years. His teachings evolved too. In the beginning, he said pick a short phrase that implies you have it and repeat it until you feel it. Later he said visualize. Then he emphasized feeling. And in his final lectures before he died? He said once with conviction is enough. If you don't contradict it, that's it. One affirmation. One imaginative act. Done.

That sounds easy, right? But it was a journey for me. Made so many mistakes. Just wanna help people out. Maybe this helps someone. If not, keep scrolling.

Shoutout to the glossary posts from GravityBee. Short posts like that are better than videos in my opinion. Because on YouTube you get trapped in that right column with suggested videos. One leads to another, and another, and another... next thing you know, you've watched 3 hours of content and learned NOTHING.

A lot of people just love hearing themselves talk. Hour-long videos with Bible quotes and esoteric rambling. You don't need all that. At the end of the day, it's just a mindset shift.

Now about the imaginative act:

I was the king of overcomplicating this. I'd take a whole day off just to create the perfect scene. What's the person wearing? How do they look? Where am I standing? All that BS. You don't need it.

It's always about the implication. What does it imply for you? A handshake. Neville said if I shake someone's hand, I'm just shaking their hand. Nothing else. But that handshake could imply a promotion, a new job, buying a house, getting back with your SP. There's no perfect scene. Just something that implies your wish is fulfilled.

It could be a doorbell ringing. Grabbing a doorknob. Taking off your shoes. Drinking coffee. Doesn't have to be some movie moment on a private yacht in the Maldives. Just normal shit. What would normally happen a week after your wish came true?

How would you drink your coffee? How would you put on your shoes? How would you get out of bed in the morning? Normal, everyday things. Or what would your friend ask you? If you got a new car, your friend might ask: "Damn, did you pay that in cash?" And that's your scene. Just hearing that over and over.

You do this act again and again until you can't focus anymore or until it gets boring. Once it's boring, stop. You're done. That means it's saturated.

Now here's where most people fail:

Dealing with the 3D. The 3D is just old news. Like cold pizza from yesterday that's still sitting in the kitchen. The best thing you can do is what Eric from The Power of I AM calls it:

Deny, Choose, Be.

Whenever something shows up that you don't like, you say "no, that's not my reality." And then you claim your new one. Bank account empty? No, that's not my reality. I'm a successful businessman. You do this over and over. At first it's hard. Your old self fights back, wants to survive. But you gotta let the old man die.

And that's what most people struggle with. They're always looking for movement in the 3D, always checking for proof. Just deny, choose, be. It sounds simple but it works. Do this for 3 to 7 days. There's a book by Emmet Fox called "Seven Day Mental Diet." Tiny little book. All it says is: notice your negative thoughts and redirect them. Don't force it. Just observe and redirect.

So in short:

  1. Get still first. Do breathwork (4 in, 8 out), Neville's I AM meditation, or just lay down and do nothing for 10-15 minutes. Let your mind settle.
  2. Pick a simple imaginative act. Something that implies your wish is fulfilled. Keep it normal and boring. A handshake, a high five, someone congratulating you, a friend asking about your new car. Doesn't matter what it is, as long as it implies the wish is done.
  3. Repeat it until it's boring. Do it again and again until you feel that inner knowing. Once it's boring or you can't focus anymore, stop. You're done.
  4. Deny, Choose, Be. When the 3D shows you old news, deny it. Choose your new reality. Be that version of you. Do this consistently.
  5. Detachment happens automatically. You don't need to force letting go. Once you're fulfilled inside, the craving naturally dies. That's the Sabbath.
  6. Everyone's different. Find what works for you. Some people click with robotic affirmations. Others with visualization. Others with stillness. Experiment and see what sticks.
  7. Stop consuming. Start applying. Get off YouTube. Stop collecting techniques. Pick one thing and do it.

Thanks for reading, I know this helps you :)

I tried every manifestation method until I found what actually worked (for me)

I tried every manifestation method out there. Robot affirmations, scripting, subliminals, you name it. Nothing clicked. My ADHD brain would either zone out after two minutes or overcomplicate it to the point where I gave up entirely.

Then I found Taylor Tookes. She breaks it down so simply it almost feels stupid. No hour-long videos, no spiritual jargon, just straight up "here's what you do, now do it." And for whatever reason, that actually worked for me.

What I also appreciate? She doesn't sell coaching. She's focused on her modeling career. That alone made me trust her more.

You know that weird gut feeling you get when someone's like "you don't need me, but also here's my masterclass, my video course, my 1-on-1 coaching, my phone coaching, my this and that"? If the only business they've manifested is their coaching business, something feels off. Like, if you're such a great manifestor, why is your only income teaching other people how to do it?

Anyway, the only thing I don't fuck with is her saturation sessions. Hours of repeating affirmations? Yeah no. My brain checks out after thirty seconds.

What did help though was just chilling my mind out. Ten minutes a day. Lay down, close your eyes, do absolutely nothing. Watch your thoughts like they're clouds. That's it. No trying to force vibes, no chanting, none of that. Just existing.

Over time, that silence made everything else click way easier. The manifesting started feeling natural instead of like a chore.

So if you're out here with a scattered brain wondering why none of this works for you, maybe stop trying so hard. Just be still for ten minutes. Then assume it's done. Rinse and repeat.

Everyone's journey is different. This is just what finally clicked for me.
