In Annaba i saw several guys (tards low iq) swinging with knives on the street.
Is Annaba a place where low iq thrives?

Gucci and lacoste boys in Algeria
Why are there alot of smoking, lacoste or gucci cap wearing boys on the street. There are some normal boys (young men) and the rest are Iraqi haircut boys.
What the heck they look like failures, low IQ and drugs abusers.
Do they think they are cool? Whats behind this degeneracy?
