Anybody know how to get rid of them, ita burrs in the die, i tried 0000 steel wool and it did not do anything.

Hi there, we have a 19 SL rogue AWD, and I was looking for a fuel-efficient car when I realized we are only getting 23 MPH Highway. Does anyone have any thoughts on why it's so low?
