What is a primary uterine descent

My report from my lap says this.

I have severe vaginsmus too.

I've never had a child but is it the start of a prolapse?

She never mentioned it on the phonecall consultation as said uterus looked normal so maybe minor

Starting pelvic floor therapy

Safe zone after lap

I had stage 1 endo removed and I'm healing well with tiredness.

The surgeon said she was glad I'm near her as the risk of kidney infection and wound infection

I'm hoping to travel closer to my home family house over the time off but I'm wondering when is the safe zone or should I spend all my recovery near the hospital

It's 4 hours away from hospital

Thanks

Biopsy wait times Ireland (BlackRock hospital)

Hi

I had a colonoscopy end of April and two biopsies of the rectum and colon.

Can anyone advise roughly how long they'd take to come back in BlackRock hospital?

Thanks

Had a very easy prep.

It was slow to start but wasn't bad when it did. No urgency

5pm and 5am moviprep with appointment for 7am.

Chilled in fridge and didn't find it too bad

Was worried as passed a little solid stool at 5.45am but was fully liquid by 7.30am

Was concerned as was slightly darker yellow but was deemed adequate/satisfactory

Sedation was light and I was able to listen to the consultant as she did it.

Overall not a bad experience and wouldn't dread it again if I have to ❤️

Has anyone here herd of a case of proctitis that wasn't an IBD.

I have very high calproctein. Lower left abdominal pain, lots of mucus and some blood.

Confirmed proctitis via colonoscopy

Doctor thinks it could be medicine induced and to stop medicine and begin treatment . She believes it will be gone then

I'm awaiting biopsies but just wondering are there many cases of high calproctein but it not being an IBD

Thanks

I wrote last week about going for my second colonoscopy after 10 years but new symptoms of blood and mucus and lower left abdominal pain Had a very high calproctein too

Turns out I have proctitis this time. Biopsies sent to confirm if it's an IBD or medicine induced reaction. She's hoping it's medicine induced and will go away with treatment.

Still a diagnosis of IBS for the bloating etc though

Should know in 6 weeks.

I've been on 60mg since January and lower dose before. Today a colonoscopy revealed proctitis and the gastrologist said she thinks it's drug induced from roaccutane and to come off it immediately

Had this happened anyone?
