So last night there was a storm and my pc shut off and so I flicked the switch off and went to bed and today when i got home from school when I try to boot my pc the yellow dram light comes on and the fans aswell but nothing boots, I’ve tried almost everything and don’t know what to do

Whenever I try to stun slam my axe never seems to break the shield despite being fully charged and I have no idea why
