Help smart start dispute/advice

Hi everyone 23f I’m almost done with my interlock/smart start and they had made me so broke it been hard 1 year since I got this. Recently I had an appointment I called in to move it because I didn’t have enough gas to go to the appointment I tired calling for hours finally got someone and they said okay it was the weekend but my service center is closed so I went in Monday but my device says service loc I get to my appointment and the guy said he can’t help me because my balance is high and I was like it not that high it’s like 400 something I lost my job so all my money that I got was going into gas or bills(note: they let me do this in the past and the guy took a payment of 27 dollars from my account so was confused on way he can’t finish the calibration after being there for 2 hours and missing work) Now I have a lockout because they wouldn’t let me go to my appointment I was on the phone for hours to see if they can help me until Friday because that’s when I got my first little paycheck before they closed finally got someone and she said I have to pay 300 or nothing for the calibration and I said that insane to pay but I called my bank so I can make my account negative so I can at least have my car to go to work. Fast forward I’m trying to make a dispute because they charged me another 400 on my account (the balance was 169 after I paid the amount) and it’s so much I’m almost done with this but I just don’t know what to do I am in a different state now from where I originally had my car interlock installed but as soon as they hear that they don’t want to help me. I was wondering if anyone has advice I’m almost done next month I been sober for 5 months all by myself no help and it’s just been a hard journey that I want to end I feel like I’m getting closer but not really. If I still have a balance on my smart start before next month do I still have to keep the device in my car until I pay it? (No I don’t have family members to help me or friends… lone wolf 🐺)

newbie rant

Hello I’m a 23f living in my car for about 2 months now, it wasn’t my ideal situation at first but when I moved states things turned quickly and got really expensive and the people and family I thought would be able to support me didn’t and left me alone. So now I’m here at first it was hard but I got used to living in my car also I watch and read a lot of comments which made me feel not so alone and I can get through this. I grew up not in stable household so it was not that scary to me but honestly overall it’s not bad I don’t have kids or pets I think it makes it a big factor for my living situation because I only worry about myself. I do miss just going home to a bed and laying down after work also my sleep has been so bad because of my anxiety but mental health is getting better. I am thinking about maybe getting a tiny home and land but I’m not sure what state I want to be at! Also does anyone have advice to stay cool in your car I do go to library’s or coffee shops and do work to stay out of the heat but at night I’m dying I need something that doesn’t need my car to be on but keeps my cool, I don’t have a power bank strong enough to hold power throughout the night without my car on it’s a little investment that I have to get but for meantime what do you do stay cool for this summer?
