Out of time in the US, where do I go next?

Running out of time on my US visa with a heavy loan to pay off and no US work authorization. Have 2 years of SDE experience from back home and just completed my MS in Computer Science here, but no US work experience and not a US citizen. USA is my first preference but the situation is uncertain so I need a solid backup plan fast.

Looked into Germany but heard the language barrier is tough outside of large international companies.

I tried posting it on other relevant subs, but it's gotten really racist towards Indians.

Questions:

How does the visa process work for someone coming from the USA after a masters?

Is 2 YoE from outside the USA enough to be competitive in Europe?

Any advice appreciated!
