Desktop environment repeatedly not loading

I had Nobara for more than half a year and rarely had any issues (was using Nvidia version), but recently I've build a new pc. I wanted to go for Nobara straight away so chose full amd system (9800x3d with integrated graphics for now, but next week I'm getting 9070xt) and here the problem begins. I'm using official kde plasma desctop, but every time I update the system it boots straight into terminal. Running nobara-sync cli solves it, but with using system updater gives the same issue when I reboot the pc. Is it because I don't have a dedicated GPU right now or could it be something else?

EDIT: to give you the full picture. I have x870e aorus elite WiFi 7 rev. 1.2 motherboard, ryzen 7 9800x3d and 32gb ddr5 6000 cl30 Kingston fury ram. I updated the bios to the latest version from gigabyte's website, I prepared the flash drive with ventoy, loaded verified nobara Linux 43 KDE plasma desktop edition ISO on it, installed the os on my system, rebooted, and it was loading into the terminal, just like now. I ran nobara-sync cli, which resolved the issue for a while, then I updated the system will Nobara update manager, and now it loads into the terminal once again, but this time nothing seems to fix it

EDIT2: I followed the instructions on the update log(?) about using the plasma login manager instead of sddm, but I got the message saying that . d/ does not exist

Unknown error

I'm building a new PC. My components are ryzen 7 9800x3d CPU, aorus elite ae1000pm pg5 PSU, x870e aorus elite wifi7 motherboard, aorus c400g case, 7 noctua nf-a12x25 pwm chromax.black fans, noctua nh-u12a chromax.black cooler, 32gb ddr5 6000mts cl30 Kingston fury ram, 2tb gen5 m.2 nvme Kingston renegade ssd. (No dedicated GPU at the moment, but it's not what I need help with). I've put it together, and motherboard gave me C9 error code. It boots and posts on one stick of ram, but with two of them or just the second one — it's stuck on the same C9 error. I've looked it up and couldn't find this code in the manual. Is it just bad ram stick or can I do something about it?
