At this point y’all are promoting them
Nothing wrong with not liking a song, but if you’re posting about it 17 times, you’re basically doing free promotion at this point.

Not talking about any one artist here, just autotune in general .If an artist uses autoune and the end result is a genuinely good song that people can vibe to, why is it seen as such a bad thing?
I often see people dismiss and hate artists with comments like "he can’t even sing without autotune"I get that some of these artist aren’t exceptional raw vocalists, but why does that matter if they’re making good music?
People also tend to compare them with naturally gifted singers who have incredible raw vocals. Those artists absolutely deserve their luv and flowers, and there’s no competition there. But isn’t that a different skill set altogether? not every artist is trying to showcase vocal ability, some are Creating a sound, an atmosphere, or a vibe.
In the Western scene, artists like Yeat, Playboi Carti, Future and Travis Scott have built their entire sound around Auto-Tune,Fans don’t expect them to sound like someone like Adele without effects because autotune is part of their artistic identity
So my question is why does AutoTune get judged so much more harshly in punjabi music?
You know, that album you always end up putting on when you’re alone, just chilling, thinking, doing your own thing, or enjoying some quiet time.
Not necessarily your favorite album ever, just the one that feels right whenever you need it.
What’s yours and why?
TIL cheema is 360 years old lmao 😂
If any of these albums/mixtapes were dropped by a mainstream Punjabi artist, people would be calling them a REVOLUTION in the scene.
But because these artists don’t have the machine, the PR, or the industry push behind them, they’re stuck doing 1k to 50k streams while making some of the most interesting music coming out of Punjab right now.
The crazy part is the production quality, concepts, and replay value on these projects are honestly ahead of a most of our mainstream artist releases.
No forced commercial formula, just artists actually trying to build their own sound.
Punjab’s underground scene is doing something special right now, but barely anyone’s paying attention.
