Ironically Arjan who is not a Sikh himself has arguably promoted or highlighted Sikhi more than any Sikh artist in the game right now!

Arjan Arjan iko a Kude!
So i was born in punjab and now i am in toronto since 2021 like 4 years, 5 in august. I understand nd speak all three languages pretty fluently. I am music fanatic and love music. I love english(western) songs nd artists i think they are way ahead of time where punjabi nd hindi music industry is but when i wanna listen to something more emotional man punjabi hits the hardest. Its not like i didnt tried to listen to english or hindi emotional songs. I did i made playlist of my fav. Ones but here is the difference both hindi nd english emotional songs contains less than like 70 songs which is a lot technically but just my punjabi sad songs contains almost 350 songs at this point and it says a lot. Well its just opnion and i still believe that english songs are way better in terms of introspective or societal songs that hits but for heartbreaks, love or family related yeah people who dont know punjabi properly they are missing on it. Ask these like delhi/bombay boys to listen nd understand to hustinder's song.
I feel like , new artists don't support each other that much as they used to do back in the days , even if they were not working with another singer or producers they didn't bad mouth others that commonly like it happens these days , just my opinion and thoughts.
My friend played this song today and I have been Kindle listening to it continuously what do you all think what are you thoughts on this song.
One Call Away - Arjan Dhillon, Jazzy B…. My fav song from the album easily
No doubt, his production was good enough in Arjan Dhillon's New Album "Enigma". But, Mxrci is very problematic for a reason we very well know how problematic he is and Arjan Dhillon should seriously work with another Music Producers than Mxrci.
Usage of instruments compared to standard examples, genre tappings, composition written on those music is main criteria.
Commercial, semi commercial, underground doesn't matter but I am effed up from reel oriented overdone legato/staccato flow over run- out- of -the -mill- beat songs,
So to improve listening experience, search up some fresh felt musical production .It will also help aspiring producers to learn and check on
My pick is members only by bir and spaceboys from arsh heer.
Note- This is strictly a personal observation which is free for including other projects too, but these are the only ones which I always felt having music production and composition not too commercial
What are your takes on cheema y's Bermuda triangle album? I personally felt like this is his weakest project, Only 2-3 songs are repeat worthy. And also, he should explore different genres too, every song with that same shtt. i can do this, I can do that.
Anyways, ig the album will grow on me.
Share your takes.
Some people will probably love this album. I liked 1 or 2 tracks, but overall it's not an album I'll be replaying much. Most of the songs feel very monotonous, with similar beats throughout and loud, sometimes distracting instrumentation. It often feels like the music is going in one direction while the vocals are going in another, which takes away from the emotional impact.
I think Arjan should consider working with some new producers. As for Mxrci, it might be a good time to take a break and explore new sounds and genres. Whether it's Afro, Reggaeton, or Trap, many of his beats have started to feel very similar to me.
No hate and no bias, this is just my opinion. I really tried to give the album my full attention because Arjan has always been one of my favorite artists. Unfortunately, this project feels like it has lost some of the charm and freshness that made his earlier work special.
If only more people had good taste I'm pretty sure it would be bigger than p-pop.
To even casuals or first time listener this album is sounding good . A lot of my friends who just listen to Punjabi music for fun like aujla , mankirat, sidhu , guru and all are hooked to this album which is quite rare as if casual listeners don't find songs good in first go , they usually skip the whole album.
