Vegan products

Hey everyone, I've been thinking lately that one reason people don't go vegan is the cost. It's like vegan companies are making it seem expensive, creating this false idea. But honestly, if you make everything at home, it's super easy and cheap, like making your own soy, coconut, or almond milk and yogurt. The moment you try to buy stuff outside or online, though, it gets pricey.

Why can't it be sold at dairy prices? Making soy milk and yogurt is pretty cheap compared to the alternatives. Veganday and Vegandukan are selling 1 liter of milk for 150, which is double the price of A2 dairy milk. Some tofu brands sell tofu for 50 rupees, which is great, while others charge 100 or 200. I mean, it doesn't cost that much to make! I think if brands and restaurants really want people to switch to a vegan diet and offer an alternative, they should rethink their pricing. If they just want to make a profit, that's a different story.

Really upset with people here

Hello all, I shifted in gandhinagar 6 months back. It's a good open city well planned and trees all over (although i got to know that they are mannually planted they are not of some local plant species, still better). Wide roads, less crowd(compared to other cities) and jolly people but above all I have observed few things which bothers me here I know not all of them are like this but majorly yes:

  1. People honk here without any reason i mean i have been driving my two wheeler here on wide and closed roads for 6 months but I hardly honked a few times when it is required. But I see people have a habit of doing that for no reason and this create nuisance on road. Aankh khol ke chalao na bhai thoda gaadi.

  2. I have been to some food places or tea spots... and people here have a habit of throughing garbage in open and I'm not just talking about random tea spots some good students pr corporate spots as well like 'apna adda' idk what kind of mindset they have that "I have paid for food now my plastic plates or glasses will be the owner will do it by himself" bro can't you see around? And one guy with gold chain got down from his scorpio and started peeing on divider on the middle of the road. At mota chilloda bus stop I cleaned and stuck a poster to not litter but ahh people here are so ignorant. I think they really need to acknowledge it and we should educate the uneducated if they're not aware. Govt have designed this city in a beautiful way at least we could maintain it as it is. Municipality has goood response here but still we can see garbage including water bottle, chips packets, chai cups and khaini tambaku pockets on roads.

  3. People here need to be more considerate about privacy, too. We should always politely point out the people who are loud or don't respect personal space. The place where I come from also suffers from that but that is not even a proper town.

Sorry if Anybody's hurt from the statements but this is what I have observed so far.
