Question about Being a Sword Mage

First time running through as a Sword Mage. After my 1st play through I’ve pretty much been running as a stealth archer.
I’m just getting my feet under me and realizing that I’m focusing on trying to level too many skills. I do miss my long range attack though and am trying to figure out if either fire bolt or ice spike can work well for long range.
Also, which guardian stone should I use? Mage stone or Warrior Stone.

Basic Question about a Kitchen Sink Attachment And A Possible Bigger Issue

Last night I finally noticed that my sink was leaking at the collar at the attachment of the obvious to the sink drain. Turns out the contractor that originally installed the sinks and plumbing didn’t use any kind of adhesive/cement. Nor did they use any on the first bit of pipe to the first connection of the rest of the pvc. To over explain the piece from the metal collar that goes into the first pvc joint.
It cemented the occ into the pvc but I have no clue what to use between the sink drain abd the first bit of pvc. Also, should there be a gasket in there?
The possible larger problem:
About a month or so after we bought the house we had to replace the main water line from the city to the house. The original piece wasn’t cut to the right length and the contractor used something like 8 joints to connect from the city line to our main line. From what I could tell none of them were cemented.
This was 2017/18(?)
I’m afraid that none of the plumbing joints in the house have been cemented. What ( besides call a professional— which I intend to do ) should I do/look for?
I’m in Florida and where I am all you have to do to show that you are up to code is (possibly) just give a list of all the parts used on the project. I honestly can’t imagine that the job was inspected given how that main line looked.
TLDR: What kind of cement to use in the connection between the sink drain and the first bit of PVC?
What do I need to look for if the original contractor didn’t use any cement on the project *at all*?
