The speedmax looks really really good to me, kahit yung earlier versions nung disc brake CF7 or CF8. Any pros and cons to this particular bike? Matibay ba yung canyon in itself? Looks like I need to order this through a forwarder or get second hand.
Been thinking about race nutrition lately, especially how confusing it can be when you’re new to endurance sports.
At the basic level (according to my searches and endless videos from youtube), it’s really just: carbs + fluids + electrolytes.
But once you start doing longer rides, runs, 70.3s, full-distance races, etc., it gets more interesting: How many carbs per hour can you actually tolerate? Do you prefer getting them from drinks, gels, chews, or a mix?
There are so many options available locally - Maurten, Precision Fuel, Enervit, GU, Hammer, Flashpoint, Wheyl etc. Some people seem perfectly happy with mostly carb drinks, while others swear by gels and chews. Then you get into 60g/hr vs 90g/hr+ fueling and training your gut to handle it. Meron pa actually yung ratios na 1:1, or 1:2, which, di ko pa masyado naaaral hehe

Hello! 3 months ago, wala pa akong idea masyado with this sport, but as I obssess a lot with things that interest me, that 3 months turned into lots of research, training, buying stuff (aray) and testing stuff. I'm happy to report, I completed my first triathlon last weekend!
Sunrise sprint was super nice! Happy na ako na hindi ako last place, but sayang pala yung TT bike dun sa course! Akyatan lahat! haha

As the title says, I'm saving up for my first gen, and for years now, I've been in love with the look of the 41mm Wimbledon, fluted bezel, Jubilee bracelet. 126334 ref if I am not mistaken.
Question to those here long, how would you rate the rep Wimbledon compared to the Gen? I've seen one or two posts of that specific watch for sale by some of our reputable sellers here. Is it easy to come by or pre-order?

I grew up in Concepcion Uno and my grandparents were in Concepcion Dos. I remember before, the dog catchers patrolled regularly, and they caught stray dogs. I recently visited here and went for a run and twice ako nahabol ng aso! There are so many strays just freely roaming. Whatever happened to responsible pet ownership and where are the dog catchers? Pwede ba report to?
