hello everynyan. I recently (today) made a purchase of buying a 14mm spiked septum. it is my First ever septum change after i got it pierced. i noticed that it is externally threaded and considering the things ive heard about it im Truly scared. and i tried, before putting it in my nose obvi, to screw it like i usually screw my current septum on and jt seemed LOOSE. i am quite FRIGHTENED it'll fall in my nose while asleep. how do i do this. guys someone help im so fucking nervous hi.
