I'm a 3rd time dropper so this year I'm planning to sit in multiple counselings in near future to get admission anyhow (neet ug, veterinary,cuet)
I contacted someone and they said that the prc is issued for admission in one place at a time
Now what does one do if they need to sit in multiple counselings in a short period of time like me?

When i opened the watch box today the watch was not working
But when I adjusted the time by rotating the crown the second hands started moving Then again came at a stop after a couple of minutes
If i repeat the same process again, the same thing happens
Is this a mechanical issue or a battery issue? I'd appreciate any help🙏
