I went on marketplace to look for one and found nothing then tried Kampala ! next was Nairobi with no luck , saw some in South Africa but “damn !” a product over 2 years old and there are no used units on sale in our region ?

Has anyone bought a Vision Pro locally in East Africa or imported one without going through friends ? Can you share how you did it.

Is there recourse ? they marked the things I bought as delivered without even attempting to deliver, I waited all the and the guy never called.

I have received emails saying package delivered but I can’t seem to find a way to contact the delivery company ( speed X )

What can I do ? anyone been in this situation and how to avoid it in the future or is it even possible to avoid it.

Appreciate any help.
