ASN VS BSN

Heyy im trying to with my options and is there a difference in the pay as a nurse with ASN VS BSN because I want to do an online course cuz I have a degree in another field. But im weighing the time, debt, and pay. Ive seen people say get the ASN and let the employer pay for bsn but I I also just want to get it over with and not feel like im going backwards with having to get an associates when I already have a bachelors. Then being in school for another 4 years does not seem appealing to me unless it’s also towards my masters.

Herzing BSN

Heyy so im looking at doing Herzings accelerated BSN because it seems to be the only school that it full time job friendly because i am starting a new job but want to pusue my RN. I am hearing mixed things about the school preferrably from those who have graduated or have first hand knowledge. I dont mind the price because i feel it will pay off and ill try to get scholarships and stuff. Im in TN so its their main campus location. Im looking for fully online with in person clinicals and i dont mind the intensives. Cuz tiktok has good stuff about the school. And what is all this about their accreditation? ? They are still currently accredited. So yeah, if anyone has input or advise pleasee thankssss

Salary Transparancy

Hiiii I just wanted a clearer picture on how the future can be. I’m about to do my BSN and graduate as an RN. I’ve been watching tiktoks and videos about what to really expect with nursing and I do think nurses can make bank but what should I expect as a new grad? I live in Nashville too so if anyone has personal experience with Nashville. I hear that nurses only make good money with overtime. But is that true? I feel like the normal 3x a week is good. I also have no kids but i do have an apartment.

Question

Hii, i am thinking of doing a phlebotomy course in nashville as a stepping stone while i go to nursing school to be an RN. Is it worth it? and what should i expect? Also is it pretty quick and easy to find a job especiallly in this current job market. And if phlebotomy isnt good, what is another certification i can get quickly and get a job in healthcare? that also pays decent (atleast $20/hour). Also do they typically do part time or is it mostly full time?
