Anchor Path Lending, phone scam

Fairly sure I'm not the only one getting 6+ calls a day from these guys since Apr/May this year.

Their website is just a shell, trying to associate with the real company Anchor Lending who is working on a lawsuit now.

I'm on the DNC registry and they owe me over $100k now. I can't find the domain owner as they've hidden their information really well so I can't sue :( I'm about ready to offer a reward for it lmao

Moving to colder weather

I'm moving from the southeast US to a Colorado mountain town. I'm used to the humid and hot weather but going to colder weather and the extreme temperature fluctuations aren't something I'm experienced in.

The last time I experienced below freezing weather, I threw up after getting into a warm car and then house. I felt so awful and had never felt that bad before as my body tried so hard to regulate itself.

What are your cold weather tips, especially from those of you with Raynaud's?

Weighted Wearables

I've been considering buying a weighted vest and/or the weighted bracelets and anklets to wear as I go through my day. I'm just getting so weak from how sedentary I am.

I'm really only able to walk my dog in the morning and maybe take a shower if it's a good day. I used to do pool exercises but having the energy to actually drive there and back is tough so I wanna meet myself where I'm at.

Has anyone given it a try? Does it help with strength building? Does it make your symptoms worse?

A society without stone or metals

A bit misleading, as stone and metals can be mined, but they are considered sacred and the process of finding a suitable place is tedious, especially as this society tries not to destroy it.

How might technology change in this high fantasy setting? In terms of social hierarchy, I feel like it's self explanatory that those with access to stone, metal, and gems are the highest of high nobles and the very rich.

There is magic, which can definitely bypass some restrictions that mundane humans would have, but what suggestions do you have for the consequences of limited stone and metal?

2+ pets rental

I know moving posts aren't usually accepted here but I'm at the end of my rope with trying to find places to rent that allow more than two pets. We have 2 months to find a rental or buy but we're not wanting to rush into buying if we don't have to. Our future landlord backed out on us right before signing a lease with no warning and now we're scrambling.

Is there anywhere that accepts more than 2 pets or are we going to have to hope we can find an owner instead of a management company that's bogged down with extra fees?

I bought this 80s dress while thrifting because the fabric was so beautiful and I felt like it had potential, but the strange shape makes it hard for me to figure out what to do.

I tried it with a belt to bring the waist in which is nice, but also doesn't feel quite right.
