Does anyone know a realistic bunker centered survival game? not interested in the Fallout series.

A friend and I were watching Oppenheimer, which turned into a conversation about Cold War bunkers, and then survival games. Currently we have been playing a lot of Project Zomboid and it made me wonder if a game with this topic exists. And just to clarify, I'm not really looking for something like Fallout. I like the games, but im looking for something much more realistic, no mutants or sci-fi technologies.

We imagined a game set shortly before or after a nuclear event, where most of the game revolves around actually surviving inside a bunker, and maybe some area outside of it, but nothing too massive. It could be anything from one of those DYI Cold War era bunkers to a proper government bunker. you'd somehow have to manage the usual, food, water, etc. maybe make occasional trips outside for supplies and decide how to interact with other survivors, help them of defend from them. basically a much more realistic game like this in which survival comes from the situation and the other humans rather than fantasy, sci-fi elements... and no zombies.

does anyone know if something like this already exists?

Which upcoming survival crafting games are you looking forward to?

I really like the genre and have played, Valheim, Palworld, etc. but I'm curious about upcoming games. I'm especially interested in exploration, base-building and multiplayer. Indie recommendations are also welcomed. Any suggestions?
