Offsets for new parents sleep depravation?
Hi all!
I’ve spent the better part of my adult life learning about how to stay healthy and well, and obviously learnt how important quality sleep is…
So as a mum of a 1 year old, I’m now wondering if there’s any research into the effects of sleep deprivation of new parents, specifically whether there’s anything hormonal, biological etc that is protective against all the negative effects of poor sleep (praying for something, anything, to make me feel slightly less defeated each morning haha 🙏)
