Advice from people

i am 20F and have dealt with around what i now know as a flare up once a year for about 2 days since i was 16 and then it would just go away. I recently found out i have undisclosed colitis not knowing if it is colitis or crohn’s disease. I have flare ups a lot more often now and I am in pain most days since January when i went into hospital. I’ve had a colonoscopy in february spent 5 days in hospital in march and don’t have an IBD team yet as i’m waiting for an appointment booked in july. My mental health is really low due to everything.

I’m currently on B12 due to it being borderline and vitamin D supplements.
I’m on anti inflammatory and take buscapan when experience pain.

I don’t know what food to eat or how to feel stronger. I was bed bound for awhile. Sometimes i will just bleed with no pain or discomfort just blood and I don’t know how to go about my day to day life.

Any advice for someone who’s just starting out on their journey with everything?
