Looking to purchase me first and gun

Looking to purchase my first handgun. I’ll be looking to purchase 9 mm. Which Springfield do you think would be best for a first time gun owner (been to the gun range a few times, but that’s about it), and why? TIA

🥲Chipped paint?

Went outside to put the garbage out, then decided to admire my CX 90 as I make my way back inside the house, when I noticed this gash/chip. It’s about 1.5 inches long, and looks like it literally came off clean (no scuffs, scratches, etc. around it.) definitely too big for the paint pen… Is there something that I would basically have to get the whole panel repainted? Could this possibly be a warranty issue? I doubt it, but maybe someone here would have a little better insight.
Any other suggestions are welcome

Clock in/out

Hi. Curious to know what others in here do in regards to employees who forget to clock in, or clock out. When they forget to clock in, do you go in and adjust their time for when they came in, or just tell them to clock in when they remembered, and they just don’t get paid for the time when they forgot to clock in.
Conversely, when they forget to clock out, is there some type of penalty/consequence that is enforced if it is habitually happening?

Toyota grand Highlander brand new 2026

I bought a brand-new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander only 2 months ago, and it already has repeated check engine problems.

My vehicle has now been sitting in the service center for more than 15 days. I lost work, income, and transportation, but I am still expected to continue paying a $68,000 car loan.

I contacted Toyota corporate and opened a case, but I was told buyback review may take up to 60 days and rental assistance was not approved.

I purchased a new Toyota expecting reliability and customer support, but this experience has been extremely stressful and financially damaging.

I am sharing my experience publicly because I need help, support, and accountability. If anyone has experienced similar issues or knows how to escalate this further, please reach out.

Hey everybody. I currently have a Clover POS, and a representative from toast came in today wanting to set up a meeting to go over the benefits of switching from toast to Clover. Was curious if anyone in here has toast POS for their quick service restaurant and how it’s working out for them. Currently, Clover POS does what I need, but was curious to see what those who currently used it for QSR have to say. Would definitely like to hear from anyone who has switched from Clover to toast.

Thanks in advance
