First time traveling to portugal

Hi everyone!

It will be my first time traveling to Portugal with my partner and I want to make sure we have the best experience possible.

We will be spending a few days in Lisbon and then heading down to Lagos / Algarve for about 4 nights.

Here’s what we currently have planned: Lisbon: We booked a hotel in the Chiado/Baixa area to stay central and explore the city on foot.

Algarve: We are thinking of staying at Cascade Wellness Resort (double room, garden view) for a more relaxing and scenic experience.

I would love some advice on:

Hotels: - Is Cascade a good choice for a first trip? - Are there better options for views vs location? - Is it worth staying closer to the center of Lagos instead?

Places to visit: - Must-see beaches in Lagos / Algarve - Best viewpoints (sunset spots especially) - Is Benagil cave worth it? (boat vs kayak?)

Food & restaurants: - Must-try restaurants in Lagos - Any hidden gems or local spots? - Best places for a nice romantic dinner

Getting around: - We won’t have a car, is Uber enough in Lagos? - Any areas we should avoid without a car?

General tips: - Anything you wish you knew before your first Algarve trip? - Things that are overrated / not worth the time? We are aiming for a mix of relaxing, great food, and beautiful scenery

Thanks a lot in advance!

Edit : Going there mid September !

Best way to make rakuten work

Hello,

I was wondering what was the best way to use rakuten on the web to make sure it works. I use the browser extension and everything seems to be active. I had a few hit or miss on aliexpress. Now it has been a few days for nordvpn and I did not get any news yet. Is it me that is doing something wrong ? I did have an ad blocker but I disabled it while shopping. Thanks for letting me know.
