Howdy all. So I was trying to find an e-mail quickly by searching an RMA#, example: 8812340. When I do, it returns: "No messages matched your search. Try using search options such as sender, date, size and more.".

When finding the e-mail manually I see the string of text for the RMA# "X1ZT8812340" that very clearly has the '8812340' in it. I'm wondering why it refused to return search results for any e-mails that contain the text I searched for? Is there an option/filter I need to change?

Howdy all, I have a Metal NX 6 and when plucking the open G string it buzzes like crazy. It's the zero fret that may be slightly too low?

If I put my finger on top of the string and push against the zero fret it then rings out clear as day. Any known way to solve this? Thanks! I'm assuming some kind of shim, but I don't know what people may do in this case; I think this is the first zero fret I've had.

Howdy all! My buddy in Colombia bought an item online that was shipped to my address here in the USA. I plan to add various things in it before sending it over there. My only concern is I'm not sure what's really allowed or not (aside from the obvious meat, alcohol, batteries, illegal substances, etc.).

I want to add some items to the box but not have it be all crazy to where it gets opened, searched and stuff confiscated. Wondering if adding things like shirts, cards, KitKat bars, etc. is okay.

Is there some kind of list, or could someone provide something akin to one?

I'm not sure which courier I'll be using yet (USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL), but I'm leaning DHL based on reputation for international shipping.

Howdy all, my job is issuing me a MacBook 13" M4 24GB. This will be my first Apple computer ever, so I'm a bit unfamiliar as I come from a Windows background.

I'm going to run this with 2x external monitors (preferably 2K/1440p monitors) for a total of 3 screens. Based on the Mac specs it seems that should be totally fine.

The dock they gave me is a Dell Pro Dock WD25 which doesn't list macOS as supported (which isn't that big of a red flag.. yet).

But what concerns me is other commentary I've read about modern Macs not 'liking' driving multiple monitors through a singular cable. I'm hoping the USB-C DisplayPort cable alone is able to drive both external monitors & charge the laptop at the same time.

Am I way off base? Do I need to get a more Apple-leaning dock instead to make this happen?
