FLORIDA: is it legal to drive with Jello-O shots, sealed in a cooler in your car?
Would Jell-O shots (each with its own lid, in a Tupperware, inside a cooler) be okay to drive 4 hours with in Florida? It would not be considered an open container, would it? I saw something online that foods with alcohol in them are not held to the same rules as alcoholic beverages. Would it be considered a food? Just want to know the laws before I travel for a vacation! I hope this is the right place for this question.
