RNG manipulating shiny starter in pokemon emerald romhack
I'm playing on an Anbernic rg35xx and the romhack is Pokemon Legacy Enhanced, which is a fork of the romhack Pokemon Legacy made by SmithPlays. I wanted to have a playthrough of this romhack with a full shiny team but knowing how wacky pokemon emeralds rng system is, I wanted to try rng manipulating. I don't have access to my pc at the current moment but I don't want to wait until I do, so I want to try RNG manipulation to try and find a shiny starter. I used pokemonrng.com as I don't have tools such as eontimer and whatnot and was following the steps until it reaches step 2 which is to determine the correct SID. I don't want to look for my SID using the process of elimination because there's too many possible SIDs and I'd have to hit the exact frame for each one. So I tried using PKHeX to find my SID but it just shows 0. If the only way to find my SID is through hitting shiny frames for every single possible SID or waiting until I can use a pc I'll just deal with it, but if there's a way I can currently find my SID in an easier way or anything else that would be helpful that I'm forgetting about it'd be greatly appreciated as this is my first time doing something complicated with a video game.
