as the title says, my computer can‘t boot up properly.

before this happened had the red vga light problem and i seem to have fixed it, but now this happens. and when it does load, it takes forever.

in the image the pc is stuck on loading the bios screen.

i've been experiencing short lagswhen using aerox wireless 3 via bluetooth and i'm not sure why. the lags always (?) happen with the same time in between them. this mouse is like a month old at most. does anyone know the reason of this?
