I want to open a bank account without any charges for it as right now can't afford it . Will be also good if it is Rs 0 savings account.

Understanding the culture of life in India, my father had to sell our home because of his poor decisions, and we have been living in a rented house for the past 10 years because we cannot afford to buy another one. I am now 25 years old, right now due to his financial problems, he avoids going to the office since 5 months because lenders come there looking for him. I give my entire salary toward household expenses, and I also had to take out a loan because my father could not pay my younger sibling’s school fees. Now, all of my salary goes toward supporting the house, and because of that, I am unable to repay my own loan as well.

I am from Maharashtra and have a caste certificate but not caste validity certificate because of reasons. For SSC CGL, is caste validity required or is caste certificate enough for admission?
